hello
I kindly request anyone with extreme experience and knowledge to please help me.
I uploaded my PR file yesterday, but I just discovered that in my e-medical tracksheet, under Client Visa detalis, my UPFRONT MEDICAL TYPE is mentioned as STUDENT, I don't know how this blunder happened, I clearly told the clinic ppl that I was applying for PR gave them my ITA letter also. Please someone help me urgently as to what I can do to correct this mistake? can it be corrected? or am I doomed for rejection due to this mistake. Please help, I am very very worried, my whole life depends on this.

1. Immediately approach the clinic, get the correction done ASAP.
2. Upload with CSE along with a LoE

Thank you so much for your reply, Can I still upload new documents (Letter of Explanation) even after i have submitted the file once?
Will they accept it and it won't cause any problems in my file?
+1

Anyone Please, will I have to retake the medical exam also?
Please help its urgent

Out of curiosity I checked my own medical form and it says 'Worker' - I presume that's the thing you need if it's PR via Express Entry?

By the way, @astralsource, when you say it takes 4-6 weeks for IRCC to receive your additional document, is this for any additional documents submitted via the CSE? And that's 4-6 weeks from you submitting the CSE?

Non EDE Worker - yes thats the correct status.
4-6 weeks is the approximate time for IRCC to receive your document through CSE, any document! It counts from the date you send it yes. First you get autoresponse but you have to wait "the real response" in which they confirm the reception of the document!

When the clinic gives you the correct file, scan it and explain in the LOE, attach them together and upload through this webform, no other way

Do it ASAP because it takes 4-6 weeks for IRCC to receive your additional document!
Thank you so much astralsource.
I contacted the clinic, they told me that it cannot be corrected on the e-medical sheet as such,as they have already submitted it to CIC, but they have sent them an email and enquiry to correct it in their records from "student" to "worker".
They have given me a copy of contents of the e-mail.
My consultant is telling me that this is enough, but i am worried.
Should i attach the copy of the e-mail along with LOE. Also they have not given me complete copy of the e-mail, they have only given the contents copy, as they said that they cannot reveal the cic e-mail to me.
Please reply.

Will CIC correct it or will it confuse them? And lead to rejection due to a typographicL error?

Thats good! Better to be sure and send it the way you suggested via CSE!! Include the mail of the clinic.
