Hi I got a RRPF request. but I am unable to pay it since my ECAS access is removed and there is no proper link to pay it. please help. it is very urgent

I am not sure how to pay RPRF but why don't you try calling CIC let them know about the problem your facing. I am sure they'll help you.

I'm not sure about the child, but for you and your spouse ( $490 X 2)

Usually there should be instruction on the email you received for RPRF from cic, instruction where to scan and email your receipt.
if you cant find the instruction, upload the receipt online and also scan/email it to the following:

CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

I asked a similar question in another thread. They said a section to upload this should be under the previously submitted document. I can't find any extra fields to upload any additional documents in my application.

I am wondering whether you do?
I've reported a technical issue yesterday, but no reply so far.

I had no problems with payment - got my receipt okay, but no plate to upload it to. (

just scan and email the receipt to cic use both the emails listed above. Don't take a chance with cic email them and call later to confirm if they received your payments

The letter you received should tell you who to pay the fees for. I received the request earlier and it listed me and my husband as there was no need to pay a fee for my child. You can find this information under "fees" on CIC Website
