URGENT- TEMPORARY WORK PERMIT- IS IELTS NEEDED?

I came to Canada with GTS visa ( temporary work permit) , and laid off due to covid pandemic 9 months after commencing my job in Canada
I do not have IELTS at the moment ( and I didn't have IELTS when I applied GTS visa from abroad and granted TWP via GTS stream).

I am about to secure my new job in Canada, but I am not sure if IELTS is needed for me to get a new temporary work permit and LMIA.

Please help me with reply, I am currently in Canada.
