Urgent: Supervisa passport returned w/o visa

Please can someone tell me what is going on here, my parents passport was returned without visa issuance no letter nothing on the IRCC account last update was to send passport which we did. Passport was delivered to Accra Ghana on October 4 and received today via dhl with no visa inside. I’ve sent webform to IRCC regarding the situation.

You will have to contact IRCC and find out why. Seems like they were approved and should not have been. Was approval really fast (under a month)?

Likely either a refusal or passport was rested in error and final decision has not been made. Contact IRCC

finally stamped/approved…we supposed to send it to country of residence vfs office instead.
