Hello everyone My mother just recently just came back to Toronto from Karachi and not able to find her Pakistani passport. The passport has the super visa stamp which is valid till 2022 until the passport expires. She first entered Toronto in 2014 when she acquired the super visa

My question is after she applies for a new passport , how can she get the super visa restamped again on the new passport?

Procedure would be the same as before. It's like going for a fresh application. Make sure you mention this in your paperwork. In case, you have the UCI / client id from the last application, use it for easy processing. And I'm assuming you already have a Pakistan passport or have applied for it In Canada itself.

It will be great if you could help me with one of my question. Do they stamp and write a date Everytime she enters or they leave the stamp as it is. Thanks

First things first: Your mom must inform IRCC that her passport has been lost/stolen + give her visa details.

Technically, if a passport is lost/stolen, the applicant must apply for a new TRV. She would need to apply for a new super visa.

Not too sure about your mom's case because she has already arrived/had a entry stamp in the old passport. I believe when she returns to Pakistan, she would need to apply for a new super visa from scratch. Or else, IRCC might re-stamp her new passport with a super visa of the previous validity
