Hi everyone. This is for my friend who got PPR yesterday, he was in India when he applied but now he is in New Zealand. The PPR request says to submit the passport at NDVO office, but the nearest one for New Zealand will be Sydney, Australia. IRCC is not picking calls and the CSE he submitted when he moved to New Zealand was 20 days back and hasn't been processed, so they haven't change his visa office yet. What should he do? Any advise from senios members?
