Dear,
I am an international Master's student at the University of Ottawa. My study permit expires on the 1st of December 2021, but my graduate studies will be done in August 2020 which means my study permit will expire 90 days after the end of August. If (before the expiry of my study permit) I have an offer of admission for a Ph.D. program starting May 2021, is it possible to extend my study permit and TRV or do I have to leave Canada and then apply to another study permit (difficult option especially during the pandemic)?
Note: I want to apply to PGWP after my Ph.D. and not after my master's.
