URGENT, study permit processing time DOA 6th August 2017, General category

Hello
I have applied for the study permit on 6th August 2017 for September 2017 intake under general category, what are the chances of getting the visa. Applying for the first time through the online process instead of vfs. According to my Acceptance Letter from college, last reporting date is 11th September 2017. I have following questions :
1) Can I write an email to requesting a faster decision on my application?
2) Will writing an email make a negative impact on the application?
3) To whom shall I write an email? If you know email id, can you please share it with me.
4) According to the Canadian Immigration site, processing time is 7 weeks i.e. 49 days, is this the minimum time of process?
Any information regarding the same will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Writing an email will worsen your application hence leading to a visa rejection,the best thing to do track your application since you applied online to know ur status and back it with prayers if you do believe in prayers. Never dream of emailing to request for faster processing,you ll end up receiving a rejection mail, from cic. Cic always advice and urge us to apply ahead of time. thank you
