URGENT: Stay in canada as visitor

Hi good day i would like to seek some help because im a little bit confuse. Im in canada right now as TRV, granted for 6months validity one entry. When should I exit to canada? How many days/months/wks before my visa expires? Thank you in advance

You cannot stay longer than past the last day written on the entry document/immigration seal that was given to you when you entered Canada.

I am in the hospital and going to have surgery to my kidney . How do I get my husband to come as a visitor the time of my surgery in Canada .
