urgent!!spp checklist clarification

that means they dont want 1 marksheet for all years or semesters ..they want marksheets for each semester or years seperately and if ur indian u should notarize them ...what part is confusing in that?

I don't think you are confused might be you are over cautious to double check every thing it's not bad thing .
