Actually i paid for my application through a bank draft ,i asked the bank if the cheque has been encashed, he told me it`s a difficult matter to know ,is it true ?,anyone has the same situation?

not a new situation some banks dont bother .... so relax

Wouldn't you be able to check your online bank account to see if the draft has been used by CIC?

i called my bank and they gave me information so not sure why this is big deal. you can visit bank and see.
