Hi Friends my migration consultant is asking for 15 lakhs and says he can issue the medical for me. Actually I was waiting for my medical after my interview and it seems that Medical has already been issued but My Migration consultant is demanding money. I don't know what to do? I s there any way that i can know whether my medical is issued or i can diectly contact immigration and can change my contact details. pls give me genuine advice...

Donn"t give money to your immigration consultant.You can send e-mail directly to Canadian High commission with cancellation of representative form and in a cover letter state everything .Might be CHC will cancel your agent"s registration.Never give 15 LAKHS MONEY TO YOUR AGENT.Don"t inform anything to your agent.I know CHC will give response to your e-mail.They did it in my case.sid1985 said:

If your file is currently with local visa office then you have to send the request to local visa office.First of all you have to send cancellation of representative form .Sign ,scan,attach and mail one to your local via office and other copy to CIC-Nova scotia.In the e-mail also mention the problem in details .What is the name of your visa office.sid1985 said:

State subject as Urgent: 15lakhs demanded by agent for Medical Request.
In your email, you must mention your passport number of primary applicant and all other applicant. I hope the agent has shared UCI number with you. If yes, please quote that as well.
Ask them to update the email address they have with your email address, so that you receive all the communication going forward.
Can you do us all a favour? Please quote the name or the company of the agent.
