Got Rejection under SPP, points highlighted

u have not satisfied me that u have sufficient funds for living and tuition costs for ur studies because :
1. u and ur parents' income and assets are insufficient to support studies.
2. the supporting financial docs show large deposits and u've not provided documentary evidence for the same.

Questions:

VO must be kiddin, I've fully paid my tuition fee of 7 lacs and student loan of 4 lacs and 4 lacs in bank account !! my course fee is 13000 CAD + 10000 CAD+ others 4000 CAD !!!

Please guys keep in mind under SPP 80% of ur total expense shud come from ur loan and u Can't deduct the amount u already paid !!!

Seniors please advise, what shud i do now as my refusal was only on income grounds so what documents should i produce as under SPP there was no docs required and now I've to submit under General Category !!!!

The VO was suspicous about the source of the funds (this is what refusal point #2 is saying). In other words, there were large deposits into the account that holds the funds but the source of these large deposits was not explained. The VO was suspicious that you may have just borrowed these funds temporarily from someone else and they weren't actually yours. The VO wanted to see evidence to prove where these large deposits came from to show that this was in fact your money/your parents' money - not someone else's money.

For point #1, I believe the VO was concerned that your family did not have sufficient income and assets to support your studies after year 1. Yes - you may have shown sufficient funds for year 1, but the VO was concered that there wasn't going to be enough family income to support the rest of your studies.

Scylla my Program is jus 1 Year PG Certificate !!! I've shown what they asked !!! I've heard few ppl jus transfer money to Canadian account and show them the statement which makes sure that this guy has money !! or do i need to justify everything with income !! what if i show them property sale deed !!!

If it was a one year program - then ignore my comments in the second paragraph. But the first paragraph still applies - the VO was suspicious about the source of the funds.

Unfortunately you can't appeal so your only real choice is to re-apply through general. If you are going to use the same account for proof of funds, include proof that shows where the large deposits originated from.

your main reason is loan you just secure loan of 4 lakh
but for covering it you showed 4 lakh saving which is not transferred from any account directly saved into your account if i am not wrong

Guri ! the funds in my account are deposited by Cheque from my dads' account and not cash !! There are clearly no set rules for anything its a sheer luck !!!

than it may be because of loan because its only 4 lakh i know as you already had paid your full one year fees but may be

Guri I'm planning to open a Canadian account with RBC and transfer all funds in that !! My friend in Canada suggested that works in such cases as when u transfer funds to Canada u can't withdraw those funds easily !!! here VO thinks that we have borrowed sum funds and will withdraw as soon as we get Visa !!!!

this time plz change your loan to some high amount , attach ITRS of parents and property evaluation paper .......and now you will write a SOP i know it......remember you said that SOP is a just waste piece of paper but no its not only a waste piece of paper it is important piece of paper..

I can conclude based on my personal experience that the reasons u have got for ur refusal can be overcome. U just need to do the paperwork properly. Dont take a hasty decision and rush to reapply. I will advise u to increase your loan amount, please make your loan at least 7.5 lacks if possible. then there shouldnt be a problem. And personally I will recommend u take help from some expert consulatant in filing your visa. They charge u around 5 to 10 thousand, but its worth it. isnt it?

Am sorry, but Why cant we deduct the amount which we paid..?? U mean not even the first sem fee..??

Whatever u pay should come from that loan only !!!
