Im moving to toronto with family in May 16 -- I wanted to stay in Safehomesuites because of all the reviews it got from this site, but its full for that month --

So can anyone please recommend any similar motel/guesthouse/suites in north york area like safehomestay near the subway line ?

Try Airbnb - its pretty much the best with all kind of options. Do not choose basements.
