Urgent: RPRF Consulate General of Canada, Sydney or Consulate General of Canada

Very Urgent help please!

My VO is Sydney, Australia. I have to pay the Right of Permanent Residence FEE.

I'm confused because I'm going to made Bank Draft but not sure, should i write :'(

"Consulate General of Canada, Sydney" or "Consulate General of Canada"
in the payable section?

All seniors and friends, who have any idea please help me!! :-\

Normally as I'm living in Australia and if I made a draft it should be like: Pay to "ABC" and payable at: "Australia" or "USA" etc but not sure about VO RPRF fee case......should i call them to clarify....will they guide me if i call to them??

Please urgent help (seniors if possible)!! ???
