My visa is expiring on 24th July 2023. I am planning to visit India on Jan 3rd, 2023, and return flight is on Jan 25th, 2023.

I have the renewed Indian passport for next 10 years.

I assume you are asking about the validity of the TRV stamped in your passport.

If so, the answer is no, you do not need to have 6 months of validity on the TRV to re-enter Canada. Technically you can re-enter on the very last day of validity (although not recommended). If you are re-entering on Jan 25th and your visa expires July 24th, you are more than fine.

This rule mentioned by most countries is for the passport validity for at least 6 months not visa validity.
