Urgent Returned application IMM 0008

thankfully i sent the app back after going over the whole thing.. no we didnt miss any signatures or any forms and we used new validated forms with barcode.. we didnt miss anything.. lawyer couldnt figure out what we missed either he said the most like visa officer missed it... however i went over the whole thing again made some minor changes and refined it more and sent it back n thankfully my sponsorship was approved in 2 weeks n file was transferred. after that.. now just waiting again. the whole sending it back put us about 1 + 1/2 month behind.

I am sponsoring my wife and just filling out the forms. It is an 'outland' application, i.e., my wife lives in her home country. I also noticed that 'Remove Dependent' button. It seems it is there in case there is no dependent. If I click it, that section is removed. So, do you think my wife when filling out this form should remove that and have only 3 pages OR keep it there and write 'Not Applicable' in the writing section below? When you resend it, did you change the number of pages from 3 or inclued that as a blank page?

Also, the 5406 Form is to be fillied out by my wife (who will be immigrating), right?

They did the same thing to me, I had all my forms in the package but looked like the lazy SOB who opend the packaged couldn't be bothered to do his/her job. I checked all my forms again and it was fine.

I think its a standard-letter they send.

I reviewed my package and sent it back without changes and it was accepted the second time.

Only thing I did different was place it in the exact order of the checklist and made a cover
page for the lazy slobs.

What a joke! It would have taken, what, an extra 20 minutes, if that, for them to double check that the page wasn't missing?!?!?!!!! So ridiculous that this is all of our lives and they can't even bother to take a second glance!

Hi Roze123: Sorry to ask you silly question. I was just curious to know - after how many weeks of receiving the application at CPC-M, they returned you the whole package (just for their own apathetic mistake) ? 3 months or so ? because they recovered your lapse in days by approving it within 2 weeks in 2nd time! That was not bad - I guess. Thanks for your time.

i hope i don't have the same issues. it must be frustrating! when did you application started being processed? mine has been since 26 and i haven't hear back... i worry they will send a form back :S how long took for them to ask you since it became in process?
