I think the three signatures are for the form IMM5406. I don't remember 3 signatures in IMM008 form

no worries. When right before sending our file, we figured out about the missing second signature on the form, I almost had a panic attack!

roze123, someone else in the Feb forum is also in the same boat as you: they received their whole file back today. But it seems they don't have to start over, as they have a letter with their UCI number. They received it back because of the form versions, even though they submitted in Feb.
I hope you will get your approval soon after you send in your package!

If your child is already a Canadian citizen, you can click the 'remove dependents' from IMM0008. You only want to include dependents if they are also being sponsored along with your husband/wife.

It seems odd that CIC would send everything back. Why not just ask for new forms? They should pay for the shipping!!!

I also just got the huge package of DOOM from CIC today :'( they want us to re-do 3..yep 3.. forms but the name that they typed and the corresponding form numbers don't match up.... not so sure what to do now and the number on the letter says disconnected when I called it

What are the forms in the letter?

The major changed ones I had to redo were IMM1344E, IMM0008E, IMM5481, and IMM5669E. I would imagine the ones you were told were the first 3 since they are all 2012 docs.

What a horror, I thought they precheck the applications. Maybe the person doing the precheck did not notice the mistakes. Look for your UCI number as it holds your spot so to speak, so they should approve once you submitted the needed changes. Good luck.

If you already got your approval, you're fine All these headaches are out of CPC-M/O.

Oh, tell me about it! It's not unheard of for the visa offices to ask for updated forms especially when the processing takes a long time, but they won't return anything after sponsorship approval.

Hope all of us will get over this time soon, and as smooth as possible.
