Urgent Reply_Name on IELTS TRF

Hi,

I just recieved the Test Report Form (TRF) of IELTS Exam conducted on 3rd Nov'12

In TRF, First Name is written as "MAYANKKUMAR" without any space

Family Name: - <Blank>

There is no any problem for Blank Family Name. I confirmed from the Invigilator at the test center because in my Passport Surname is Blank and Given Name in passport is "Mayank Kumar" i.e. with appropriate Space

Please confirm that whether it is a Problem that No spacing is there in TRF in my First Name

I don't know why it is written like this...it is not my fault

i dont think IELTS scorecard name will hinder nything.. specially in ur case

if it is really getting you tensed then i think you could join an affedavit for one and the same person....and take an expert s advice on this as it can b a case of diffrent ID

Affidavit for what..and what do you mean by case of different ID.It's not like that

I have already dropped a mail to Mumbai British Council.

Tomorrow, I will ask them as well.

by diff id i mean two diff names makes two totally different people....
its always good if you are asking the experts

I am totally worried right now and I am afraid that they ask to appear for IELTS again

I scored 8 Band :'(

no buddy you need not to reappear ....they made the mistake...they would have to rectify it...its all their problem now...dont be worried about it....

Doesn't the score card contain you pp no? if anyone has any doubts with the way your name appears, just point them to the passport no! it will prove that score is yours!

How could they do it ..... I had mentioned my Name everywhere correctly


The Problem which i am seeing is the Rule that TRF is posted just once so what hey will do now ????

jo passport mein name diya hota hai same hi trf mein aata,, agar passport mein surname/last name nahi to trf mein ielts wale khud thoro likh dinge,,, is liye last name blank aata hai trf mein,,,

Guys,

I got the Updated/revised TRF today with the correct First name. I had to go to British Council office, Mumbai today for dat

But then I forgot to ask whether the result they have sent already to Univ contains the Incorrect Name or will they send again the result with the updated Name ....Ooopsss !!!!
