Urgent reply please

Is there any nationality considrations for background check before PPR?
 
Is there any probapility to reject the visa after midical had been done?
Please answer me?

I was shocked with his reply today as follows:

"Background checks are outstanding and will take many months to complete. We will advise further when in a position to proceed"
I need your advise guys...what does that means?

Back ground checks are are THe Most Important factor , and takes Max 6 months. Every one irrespective of nationality has to pass through this stage.

Well, am waiting PPR from 5 month.
Do you think i have to wait more? ???
Especially i sent email to vo in 15 jan2013, they replied quickly as follows:
"Background checks are outstanding and will take many months to complete. We will advise further when in a position to proceed

Mr Qorax told me PPR will be in februaly at most
I hope so
Am frustrated and dispressed

Is it means Background check had been stopped and hanged up?

Till now no PPR????? :( ???
 
It will do you some good to calm down. ;D Background checks are necessary and until a report is received, you have to wait. So you might as well get on with daily life and have lots of patience.

I agree with SenoritaBella. But, more than an immigration system, this is the ultimate test to test your patience. You getting nervous and impatient can only reduce your lifetime. You have waited all these years of your life, a little bit more will not be too much to ask - may be that is what they think!
