Well when I applied for the loan against of security of property they denied to give me loan for the course and college I wanted but they informed me that if I am applying for the loan against FD then they don't care which college and which course is.

They want you to deposit that much amount of FDs in their bank.

The drama is only when you put your property as a security.

Well I believe also that it would be better to take admission in college (PG course) as it will be less expensive and there will be less formalities. As far as I believe you will be given personal assistance in college where in uni it will be difficult. Though value of uni course will be higher but after all it will be up to you that how do u manage while studying and how much grade you secure for job prospectus

Is there any kind of benefit which i can expect for the Loan sanction for PG Diploma courses from these colleges as my FATHER is Bank manager in SBI and I will be showing Property only as Security ?

Oh your father is a bank manager in SBI, then why do u worry yaar, your sanction letter will come in two days.

This drama procedure is for those who don't have any known person in bank.

About personal assistance I have heard that in colleges you will find better personal assistance and choose that college where there are less Indians because you will find better exposure and your way of speech will change immediately and you will not find much problem when you go for job.

This what all I've heard actually will come to know when I will put my legs there. Where your procedure has reached exactly and which intake you are planning

First I am having Budget constraints ( Max I can go upto 15-17 lac only ) .

Also could u tell me some colleges with IT/Business Courses where I will get good exposure and Assistance can be achieved. As per my knowledge I am not sure of the colleges where I might be granted some sort of Financial help

Also Do suggest me whether i should go for PG Diploma in IT or Business as I have work Exp in IT for 2+year

Yes with that budget you can easily go for colleges. Even I don't have bigger budget.

About IT related courses I dnt have much idea about it so I would not provide u wrong suggestions. Will ask my frnds about it and let you know.

You can ask consultancy about colleges. take their opinions and then take opinions online. you will come to conclusion.
