hi thnks for reply my history i have a turist visa rejection in 2007 like my dad was out country and my groups of fren decide to go canada for a tour a relative of my fren do the procedure i didnt show any balance of my dad for livind expenses during the tour and everyone got a reject of visa...and last year in november i apply for studend visa and i got visa rejection bc of not having enough fund and they think im gonna stay in canada dont wanna come back to my home country....and i wait six mont got a addmission in senneca college for 2 year my dad show 25 thousand dollar i already paid my 1 semester fees i put reciep also dad bank balance of 6 month i dont why they reject my visa again the only reson they put is not having enoung avaibla to pay may tution fees n living expenses without working i dont what to u :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

Funds required First year tuition + 12000 c$ for living + 3000 C$ for traveling , but funds are not the only reason you should have strong academic profile also along with strong home ties........

If you have a ban then you can't apply again for two years i think, it will be better to apply from your home country.........

Hi, I found that no vacancy is there upto 14th July. So, I am goin to take appointment of 14th July. Just I want to make clear that before 20th July I apply for the visa.

I had to stay at my place till I get my loan so could not take appointment for medicals. Now all the procedures done and Monday the TCR certi comes and tuesday loan sanction letter.

Another problem is that I have paid my fees at Seneca college and still confirmation hasn't been received from college.

All tensed situations now a days.

Looking for something good to happen.

yeah gud mate, fee receipt from college should take around ten days, and well loan is done good about it..
wat is TCR Certificate ? all will be good bro!!!! take care

mine same monday i think all process and documents from lawyer and valuation will be submitted to bank and i will get a call from bank around eve or tuesday morning and then next day i will file my visa ....(planning...... :) hope all goes well

TCR is the certificate which is produced by lawyer.

Today but his relative got expired so didn't open the office. Don't know where my luck is heading.

Got the appointment for medicals on Saturday.

Now Visa file can be put up on Next Monday!!..My file is clear without any complications. It's just that I've heard that last time apply can bring rejections becoz of lots of applications.

Waiting for some good news!! )

You must have received ur letter today!!... So congratulations and now don't delay in visa file.

no mate hard luck for me too. my lawyer did'nt submit the TCR to bank its seems, he said tomorrow for sure he will submit, waiting for tomorrow a call from bank ???.
anyway best wishes, hopefully tomorrow will be a good day for both

The Lawyer opened the office today so he will submit certificate tomorrow

Loan letter the day after tomorrow. In waiting only the day to go will come. Can't prepare for any other things.

Guys Can any of you recommend any Low Budget and reputed universities for IT related Course as i have done my B.Tech in Electronics but 2+years of Work Exp in IT Industry .


Also do let me know whether to got for 2 year of PG Diploma from community colleges or Universities

I am heard that SBI do not provide loan for College Diplomas . Is it Correct ?? I saw the list Bank is having and only 18 universities are present to which they sanction loan for .

Yes it is correct that SBI doesn't provide loan for Diploma course ( if you are taking loan against of FD then they don't have any problem)

Just if you are taking loan against of property then only PG diploma (either of 1 year or 2 years) will be granted for loan.

Even I wanted to take admission in Douglas college, Vancouver but they didn't approve loan for it and ultimately I had to take admission in Seneca.

If u have a big jack at SBI then it might be possible to get loan for whichever course.

About the college for IT I will ask my friend as I don't have a good idea about it. Will let you know brother.

Thanks for the reply.I did not get it correct when u said that if i am taking loan against property ( which I will be doing ) then loan can be sanctioned.

You mean that SBI can grant loan against Property for PG Diploma courses ??? or against FD ??

Also do let me know whether to go for 2 year PG Courses in IT or Masters in University .

The thing is University are research oriented which I am not interested at. They are also expensive than Colleges and I am having Budget Constraints as well BUT Colleges on the other hand are not suitable to get skilled Job ( NOC O. A, B ) and also difficult for PR plus Loan Sanction problem also for Colleges from SBI
