Urgent!!! regard multiple entry visa...

Hi guys..
I am having a problem with multiple entry visa. I am an international student.I applied for multiple entry visa on April 30th from Canada through online and first two weeks I got updates from CIC and after that I didn't get any updates from CIC.I called couple of times to CIC but they couldn't help me.Can any one please help me what should I have to do next???? I am really in a sad situation.

You applied for your Study Permit with multiple entries TRV or you are already in Canada and applied new multiple entry TRV?

I am already in Canada and applied for new multiple entry visa. Myself and husband applied same time and he got visa approval but I didn't get. please help me..
