Urgent Reference letter issue

Dear Seniors,

Unfortunately, i have reached at that stage of the application process where time is really short and i have all the other things ready in hand except the reference letter. My boss has clearly refused me for issuing any kind of such letter. Now iam really worried that what could be the possible way out in this situation. Really need your help seniors on prompt basis.

Reference letter is requisite but not neccasrily from you boss. It could be from anyone in you organization, your HR, colleagues, etc, but do attach business card of the person as well mention email, phone etc so if needed CIC may get verifications.
