I have received my ITA 1 week back and while going through the documents checklist on the CIC website,I saw Reference letter which is mandatory for them.
But,how to arrange the reference letter if the company is no longer operational. Since, its a mandatory documents I am really worried because my previous company has closed down.

Please help me out,any advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks

It doesnt matter it is no longer operational, you have to have Reference letters as mentioned on CIC pages and you have to strictly follow these rules. That wont be a problem, but make sure you mention it in your LOE Letter of explanation when submitting.

Also include Payslips, contracts, anything you can get from your previous Work experience.

Try and get in touch your former boss and ask to him to write it for you on plain paper and get that notarized. Upload his business card, if available and upload all relevant docs that you have proving your employment there.
