AS provided through the fedral skilled worker program that I could obtain 5 points if I have relatives in Canada
my question is :
my uncle is a quebec immigrant since 2 years and he is living in quebec ,so could I obtain the 5 points if I apply to the fedral skilled worker ? or relatives residing in Canada doesn't mean who is living in quebec ?

You can claim points from your uncle even if he is in Quebec as long as you yourself don't intend to live there.
