URGENT question regarding Alberta PR

Me and my wife just got our passports back with the stamp

My wife is PA and Im dependent. Expiration date on them is March 4th 2015

However in the COPR form, it says SINGLE for both her and me and also height 165 cms for both her and me!!

Dont know where they got that from?

also in her form it says accompanying SPOUSE BELOW!!

should we write back to them? our problem is that my H1b expires in jan 2015 and i might lose my job soon. Her US GC is of June 2011 so we are waiting. and after we got married her passport name hasnt been changed...

what should we do?

Also 3 more quick questions for any helpful soul -

1) Is my understanding correct that we have to live 2 out of 5 yrs after our "landing" to maintain PR status
2) After how long can we get citizenship?
3) If we become PR's of Alberta, can we work in Vancouver or Montreal, if say we find a job there instead of Alberta?

After 3 years of stay in Canada, you can apply for citizenship. But they are planning to incerase to 4 years soon.
Heard that we need to work in Alberta until we get citizenship.
