Hello Seniors ,
Please guide me regarding employment history question of citizenship application . i was doing three part time jobs last year at the same time . for that period of time should i mention all those jobs separately in application form or should i mention only one job for that period ?

Have you received T4s for all '3' jobs and If you have filed taxes for all '3' jobs then you have to list them

Yes, you should clearly mention all 3 part-time jobs distinctively for the same time period i.e. you'll put info into 3 separate rows, one for each job.

Note: For the 5-yr eligibility period, ensure that there is no gap (missing period of time) before and after those jobs.

For that 1 month gap, you should simply mention 'Unemployed' under occupation, Name of Employer: N/A, Address/city/country: your home address/city/country at that time,

As per ircc, the definition of unemployed is:

Unemployed: Unemployed means that you do not have a job at this time but that you are actively seeking one.

Hello Seniors,

I have a similar query. I'm planning on submitting my citizenship application mid Septermber. I have been unemployed since Feb 2020. But I've been doing some volunteer work with Liberal Party of Canada (Phone Bank volunteer). Should I mention my volunteer work for the past 7 months or just state "Unemployed"? Also, I'm now enrolled in a fulltime 2 year diploma program, which starts in a week. Can I mention full time studies as current?

Looking forward to hear back soon, Thank you.
