Hi Palerma, I am not sure myself, how things move at the Beirut visa office (VO). But in order for other members to see how urgent your question is I am going to suggest you re-post it as another new topic with a title more like this:

Urgent Question, Need Help Please - Beirut VO

This will help others see more quickly by your title as your current title is not really demonstrating the urgency. I am sure that the other folks who have had their files processed through that VO (and once others see the new topic title) will be able to give you a much better idea of what you are facing. Prayers and blessings for a speedy and safe process.

No one can tell you. There is no consistent time between In Process and Decision Made. It can be days, weeks or months.

Your sponsor can ask their MP to inquire about the status. It's possible that the MP will be able to find out more info.

Thank you for your reply i know no one can tell me cause every file has its own conditions.
What i wanted from my post that if any body has processed his file in Beirut VO to share his time line with me
Especially after changing his esca to in process how long did it take with him.

Hello again Palmera, I was able to find a spreadsheet link to a few 2012 applicants processed by the Beirut VO; however, they all seemed to have had their files from Beirut forwarded to Ottawa. This can happen if there is a big backlog or another reason, like a crisis in a country, and there was a foreign worker strike also in 2013. I am not sure if it will be helpful or not as it is a few years ago and not many applicants. Have a look anyways and at least my replies will keep bumping you up on the main thread.

I think once you have 10 posts of your own you can then send a personal message or PM directly to any of the more "senior members" who will receive it via a link to their e-mail. Often times a member who is not on the forum as much anymore, will respond to direct inquiries this way. I will keep scanning to see if I can find out anything else. Stay safe :).

Here is another link to the thread for some of the folks going through Beirut VO.....try reading backwards from the newest post (page 54 which is where this link will start you).

It is so sweet from you dear cdnandtrini. I really appreciated it a lot . I will manage it with my partner and maybe we will contact his MP and then we will see how things will go through. I have seen links that you mentioned and it was good to take an idiea about how is Beruit VO treats.

;) I am happy to be of whatever small help I can be dear Palmera. I know this is a very stressful experience and it helps so much to know one is not alone on the journey. It is a good idea to contact the MP, keep in mind that some are more helpful than others, so let's hope you get a good one!

If it is any consolation, most times once a file goes to "in process" that means your interview has been waived (or if you had one you passed it ;D) and you have also passed all of the eligibility criteria (medical, security, genuine relationship) so at least you know you are approved for PR. If the VO asked for additional information, get it to them ASAP. Generally, people get e-mails requesting passports (or in your case it seems they asked for additional info. before they can request your passport) so if you got a phone call and were actually told "live" that your file was being processed expediently, in my opinion that sounds very positive. Once they request your passport (PPR) they are ready to put your visa and the confirmation of permanent residence (COPR) document into your passport. If you are able to go to the VO in person to drop off and pick up your passport, that will also speed things up, as opposed to using a courier service. Blessings
