An urgent question, because I need to apply ASAP before my current visa here in Canada expires...
I and my partner have some very extensive explanations for 4-5 different sections, most requiring 4-5 additional documents as supporting evidence. I added as much as possible to the 'additional documents' section, but I want to know if it is alright to add section-specific letters of explanation (with supporting evidence) into the relevant upload sections (i.e. police clearance issues, travel history issues, employment issues, etc.) as well? It seems much easier this way than to have a 4-5 page letter of explanation with 20+ supporting docs all dumped into one place.
Can someone give me a strong yes/no for this? It seems some people say it must all be uploaded together in one document, even if it may make the application more confusing to look at, but others say it's basically up to you how you upload things, and that the rules are not set in stone for letter(s) of explanation...
Will they really reject an application because I uploaded the letter(s) of explanation into the relevant sections and not all in one place? I doubt I could even fit all the docs in one place, even if I reduced the file size to a minimum...
Thanks,
Jim
