This is my section of concern.

I am not a trained educator but I work in the field as an ECEA as stated above. I graduated in 2020 with BA Psychology degree in Canada . However, I completed high school in 2007 in my home country. I was granted permission by IRCC to work in this field in Oct 2020 as I had to complete a medical first before starting to work.
Now the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description is as follows based on NOC:

- a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
- any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

or
A bachelor's degree in child development is required. - Licensing by a provincial or territorial association for early childhood educators (ECE) is usually required.
- Completion of a two- to four-year college program in early childhood education
- Early childhood educator assistants
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience in child care is required.
- Completion of an early childhood education assistant certificate program or post-secondary courses in early childhood education may be required.
- Licensing by a provincial or territorial association for early childhood educators (ECE) may be required.
- I must provide an answer to the below
- any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)
- Will my answer be 2007 (secondary school) or 2020 (undergrad) for the above underlined? Thanks @canuck90 , @canuck_in_uk , @scylla and any other for answering my urgent question. I don't want to misrepresent.
