I need help or clarity please for the: Occupation

This is my section of concern.

( My NOC is for Early Childhood Educator Assistant-4124)
Date XXX XXX first became qualified to practice in this occupation

If the "primary occupation" is:
  • a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
  • any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

Year and Month required:

Now:
I am not a trained educator but I work in the field as an ECEA as stated above. I graduated in 2020 with BA Psychology degree in Canada . However, I completed high school in 2007 in my home country. I was granted permission by IRCC to work in this field in Oct 2020 as I had to complete a medical first before starting to work.

Now the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description is as follows based on NOC:
  • Employment requirements
    Early childhood educators
    • Completion of a two- to four-year college program in early childhood education
      or
A bachelor's degree in child development is required.
    • Licensing by a provincial or territorial association for early childhood educators (ECE) is usually required.
  • Early childhood educator assistants
    • Completion of secondary school is required.
    • Experience in child care is required.
    • Completion of an early childhood education assistant certificate program or post-secondary courses in early childhood education may be required.
    • Licensing by a provincial or territorial association for early childhood educators (ECE) may be required.
  • I must provide an answer to the below

    • any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)
  • Will my answer be 2007 (secondary school) or 2020 (undergrad) for the above underlined? Thanks @canuck90 , @canuck_in_uk , @scylla and any other for answering my urgent question. I don't want to misrepresent.

I’m assuming that choosing 2020 affects your CRS or eligibility.

My two cents
I got BA in 2016 and MS in 2018. My NOC is 2173 which requires Bachelor’s, but my consultant advised that I enter 2018 instead of 2016. This was because all of my work experience for NOC 2173 happened after 2018 anyway.

Though the minimum is secondary education for noc 4214. Truly my work experience didnt begin until Nov 2020 but rececived BA in April 2020. This is because Immigration had to grant me permission to work in the field. I was granted permission to work in this field by passing my medical in 2020 October. @oinkario 2020 affects my CRS or make me not qualify for EE?
