"No reason" replies aren't always bad news.
Thanks for information.

This site might not allow posts that promote specific lawyers. Steven Meurrens, Mario Bellissimo, Lev Abramovich, and Cohen Law (the owner of this forum) are the best known and most experienced lawyers with mandamus cases. They are usually also more expensive than less well known lawyers.

Mandamus generally doesn't have a bad influence on your case. If your case fails, it would have failed without mandamus.
Thanks for information.

Do not write to NSIRA now. They will only look into your case after you already wrote to CBSA or CSIS and received a reply.
Got this. By the way, I want to know if it will be efficient if I ask my PhD supervisor to seek help from the Members of Parliament in the area where he lives.Matt Jeneroux - Member of Parliament - Members of Parliament - House of Commons of Canada (ourcommons.ca) My supervisor will write email to him to express my situation to seek help. Will it be worked? Thanks.

Complaining to IRCC does absolutely nothing if you are still under security screening at CBSA or CSIS. You should either:
1) File a writ of mandamus. The first step (motion for mandamus) costs only $50, and will usually be enough to scare IRCC/CBSA/CSIS into action.
2) Complain to CBSA electronically or CSIS by mail:
Code:
Director, Canadian Security Intelligence Service
P.O. Box 9732, Postal Station “T”
Ottawa, Ontario
K1G 4G4
3) Complain to NSIRA (superiors of CBSA and CSIS) if 2) does not work
Hi, sorry to bother you. I have sent email to CBSA few time ago. But received this.

Good Day,

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has received your feedback submission. The CBSA’s security screening can vary depending on complexity, requirements for additional research, an applicant’s personal history, the availability of relevant information, and the level of detail provided in the application. Once screening is completed, a recommendation is provided to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), which is the department responsible for immigration files. Security screening is an important part of maintaining Canada’s security, as well as the integrity of Canada’s immigration program, but it is a single component of the larger IRCC managed process of evaluating applicants’ admissibility to Canada.

As the responsibility for immigration applications falls under the purview of IRCC, we encourage you to follow-up with IRCC on the status of your immigration application at 1-888-242-2100.

The CBSA considers this comment/complaint to be closed.

Regards,

"

It seems like that the CBSA also do not want to speed up the process. They just said I should contact with IRCC. For now, I just asked my friend in Canada to send mail to
Code:
Director, Canadian Security Intelligence Service
P.O. Box 9732, Postal Station “T”
Ottawa, Ontario
K1G 4G4

Hope it works. If it doesn't work, I will contact with NSIRA.

Hello friend I hope you are well.

I am exactly at your situation so I really want to know if your security screening has been completed or if you have received any decision from IRCC?

Regrads,
