Hi, please guide me guys. .I m really worried as Its been so long..I Applied in 2013.. They recieved my file on 22 Jan 2013. And started processing my file on 8th October 2014.. Now when I applied processing time was 31 months n now 33 months.. So how should I count my months? Started from the date of processing or date they recieved my file? Please guide me as I sooo confused..

Start counting from the date when Islamabad received your file after sponsor approval.

Each application is individual - some take longer to process and some take a shorter amount of time. To answer your question - sure, it can certainly take that long. Keep in mind that 20% of applications take 33 months or longer to process.
