URGENT: Query on Addresses in Background Form...

Dear Friends,

Need urgent help....I have forgotten the address where I lived for 15 days in Australia in Nov 2004...since it comes under 10 years from now...I have to include this but I dont remember the address....what should I do....

mention whatever you remember about the address, atleast the city etc or if its hotel just put it and give explanation in cover letter if need

Ya, I remember it was sydney...and I can put a cover note explaining that i do not remember it...and it was just 15 days....I went on student visa but had to come back due to family reasons....I hope VO will understand and will not be a big issue....

i think you don't even need to mention the address for this period of time, 15 day stay can hardly be treated as residence, i think it should be ok just to mention it as a trip to Sydney, Australia.
apart from that, is this record still on your passport? maybe after nearly 10 years, you already changed your passport, if so, as many people would say, just mention trips shown on your current passport.

yes I suppose in travel history in one of the documents you can mention that

Definitely its on my old Passport....but i would still mention it as it was a study permit....and as suggested by friends I would mention the location as Sydney and mention a quick explanation note....Thanks....
