Urgent: Query from CIC after medical

today i received an email from CIC "Dear Applicant:

This refers to your application for a Study Permit . In order to continue processing of your application please provide the following document / information ;
1) Dates and locations of travel since 2009
You are STRONGLY urged to submit all documents by email to: islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

The above information is required within 05 days of this e-mail. At that time, your application will be reviewed and concluded on the basis of the information on file. "

I have already submitted Travel History ...why are they asking again??? is there a problem??? kindly do let me know as i am really tensed.....is this query will delay my Visa processing time???

have u given complete history? seems like they think u have some travel history after 2009 that u have not added in ur application or some information is wrong...check ur travel history in ur application see if there r any typing mistakes ......recheck ur application also send them the required information

you may have missed something earlier, now provide all the travel information in this way -
1. write a letter explaining each travel in order
2. provide documents of each section of travel , all the document that you can provide

Provide them again. They might want to cross check it . There is no problem, don't be tensed. this query will not delay your processing if you give it in time.

well i only traveled outside Pakistan once and that is in 2012 to Saudi Arabia...i hav mentioned it in travel history...one thing that is bothering me is tht i wrote VISA dates in travel history...shd i mention entry and exit dates instead?

2nd question is should i fill travel history page again along with letter explaining each travel ???

lastly only proof of my travel is the passport that i attached with application which shows my entry and exit..i dont hav proof of travelling within Saudia Arabia (though i lived there for only 19 days)

yes, but letter of explanation for travel is not mandatory it is your wish to give or not.

i am from Pakistan(ISB) ...got addmission in uni of Calgary M.eng Electrical and Computer Dept (Power and Control)....Visa Applied 8th july...Medical done on 29th july...

What docs do they need? i can only think of sending Travel history again and Letter of Explanation of travel.

they have asked u dates for ur travel. check ur passport and according to ur entry and exit stamps add dates and give details of entry and exit. Do not give visa issue date.
