You are right! I wasn't intending to import the car initially nor am I doing it at the time of completing my landing formalities. However, I still printed 3 different copies of B4 (Goods to follow) form just in case if I changed my mind
One copy without Car.
Second, with Car + Car's Information under double arrows.
Third, with Car without Car's information under double arrows.
I had already printed multiple copies before asking my questions on the forum. I would have used any of the forms depending on whatever the officer had asked for and also whatever decision I would've had made about whether to import the car or not.
I'll tell you the reason why I did that. My H1B (6th year) is expiring in March next year and my Labor Certification (PERM for Green Card) is under processing, pending Audit review. Since March is going to be very Cold both here in Michigan and Canada, I spoke with my wife yesterday and we decided to keep the car in the form just in case if we were to leave the US, we'll still have car in hand to drive to Canada. I can get my car modified in US per Canadian requirements. It'll still be cheaper than renting a car for few days. I am still not exporting the car. Will keep it in goods to follow list for just to be on safer side.
Anyways, that was the reason I asked if I needed to put my car in "Goods Accompanying" also or not with all my car information under double arrows and with Title copy attached.
Thank you for being so patient with me! Greatly appreciate your responses! It is really helping me clear the fog slowly but surely.
