First of all, thanks for your time to answer my questions.

I am currently working as a customs rater under Custom department in a supply chain solution company.
My questions are:
1. Can I apply for PR under NOC 1315? Have someone used customs rater successfully got PR?
2. According to NOC 1315 employment requirements, it mentions customs broker license. Does it mean we have to get the license to
be eligible to apply? However, the license exam requires only PR or Citizens to take the exam.

I am very confusing now. Hopefully you can help me. Thank you.

Best regards.

Hi ,

I am working as a B2 COORDINATOR in a customs broker company and my department is in consulting
I have job letter with noc 1315, did you submit your pr application with the same code and can you share your experience.

thanks in advance

Yes, you can use 1315. all the jobs with second digit 2 or 3 are noc B. However, the CIC will make the final decision based on the nature of the duty you have done instead of the job title and the things you wrote on your document. This factors include but not limit to your salary compared to the average salary in your region, the size of the company you currently work for, your manager's preference.....
