Urgent PRTD

I applied for PRTD in Ankra visa office and I attached my proof that it shows I got email from my old job place and I have to come back to Canada as soon as possible to keep my job but since 20 march2018 till 4 april 2018 I do not receive even my track number. I sent them several emails but they just sent me back an automated email that it says due to high volume of applications we can not answer you.
I also sent my specific case by Web form CIC but it does not work for me?
Please let me know what should I do?

Well that's annoying! The processing times and the Ankara site don't have any information on processing PRTD's. Did you try and go to see them?

The other choice, if you have or can get a US visa, is travel back the US and cross at a land border. You don't need a PRTD for that. Bit inconvenient, but, then again, PRTD's seem to be inconvenient!

processing times may vary from diff countries i hav submitted my application to abu dhabi from 12 weeks no update although i meet the Residency obligation
