My mother in law sent an urgent request, as she is receiving chemo and would like to live out her days in Canada. She needs citizenship proof only.

Sent at the end of September from California.

No AOR, no emails, nothing when status is searched.

I suggest sending it again. Did you write "URGENT" on the parcel? If not, make sure to do so - it is the only way they will know which applications are urgent. If you did, then that is strange. In which case, my suggestion would be the same: send it again.

Yes, it was labeled as urgent exactly as they described. Absolutely no word. We'll have to try to cross the border and hope for the best and that an agent believes us.
 
Update: She submitted a webform inquiry, received the generic response, and applied to it with everything in the application that she had sent. Hoping to hear something back, but it doesn't matter much now I don't think since it won't get anywhere by the 23rd when we reach the border.
 
Could you add me for urgent processing thread.
I applied in October 14 and they received my application on October 16, issued AOR on Oct 21, 2020, application in process started on November 2, 2020,

how they are doing online by zoom ?

can you share how it was conducted? did you see the questions? how much time did you have? how many people were writing the test?
Congrats! I'm honestly jealous that you had your test done
