Hi, for anyone who has been able to speak with an Agent regarding their UP, can you please share the time you called and the options that got you through? I have been trying since Monday at different times but haven't been able to get through or get connected to an Agent. Thanks

"We verified the information you provided regarding your request for urgent processing and have forwarded it to the responsible office.
They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application.

I've got a question.. hope you can help.. if your UP request is accepted how long does it typically take to get oath Ceremony date ?

Completed test on 15 Aug ( first day of window) system updated on 17 that Completed on 16 Aug. Since then nothing at all. That s 11-12 days since test.

I'm becoming a bit worried now. Does it mean my UP was not accepted. Saw some people get Ceremony date same day they completed the test.. for me been 2 weeks and no update.

I'm waiting since March 2022 for my oath,

Normal, but I did communicate with MP and he said he will do, but again they told him I have to wait.

i'm in the same boat now, Online applicant, Received generic response for my UP on friday Sep 2nd. All in Progress now. Can I estimate min 1 month for any update on my profile?

Need advise

I just submitted my citizenship application on Sept 1st, on the next dayI have have submitted a UP request via webform even before I get my AOR
Are they going to accept my UP request as it doesn’t include my application number, or my UCI would be enough? I may loose a job opportunity due to this situation
