Hello,

I have an urgent question about the Schedule A Background/Declaration that needs to be send with all the other forms to CIC for the PR application.
On this form it says under 8. Personal history ""provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Start with the most recent information. Under "Activity", write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc.). If you were outside your country of nationality, indicate your status in that country."
So I understand that all periods of employment or enrollment at a university need to be included, and if neither of that was the case, that the person has to explain what else he/she did.

On the document checklist for this PR application package it says for Schedule A: Background/Declaration: "... Provide your detailed personal history from the last 10 years or since the age of 18, if you are less that 28 years of age. Do not leave any section blank, or gaps in time. ... Include all: jobs, periods of unemployment, study, vacations, or being a homemaker."

That part confused me a bit. All travels and trips need to be declared on the form "Supplementary Informtion - Your Travels". Do I really need to list every trip AGAIN on the Schedule A form, even though it was just a regular vacation that was taken while being employed or enrolled?
Thank you for your help!!!!!!!!!

I don't think the trips that you took as a vacation/tour while you were employed/enrolled need to go in the personal history section. That is why there is a separate travel section. However, if you moved abroad due to a work transfer and/or you had to go abroad to continue a part of your studies, then, I believe that employment/education would need 2 entries - One entry for each country you were working/studying in.

This is only my opinion.

Personal history doesn't include trips, is only for your permanent location at the time.

Same as with travel, is only to list travels you made outside of what would been your country of residence at the moment.

Example: If you're studying in Canada, and go to your home country for holidays that is a trip.
