Urgent: problem with the scanned version of FBI police certificate

Dear seniors,
I jave just submitted the scanned version of Fbi police certificate which was obtained directly from FBI. However, when I scan it, it does not show the watermark underneath the text which can be seen by naked eyes.
I’m worried if it is a problem, and please advise how I could fix it.

I didn’t scan mine and just used the PDF file given from FBI without issues. Mine shows the green color on the PDF.

Just directly download the PDF version and upload it it is accepted don't worry ...
