We applied, then an urgent travel situation arose. So we applied again, using the 'Urgent Proof of Travel Included' protocol. The status is not being updated online, perhaps they don't do that for the urgent situations? Basically, I would love to speak to a human being who can let me know how it's progressing, or if there is a problem. Thus far, I simply cannot find any way of contacting a Person. The flight leaves Vancouver on Tues Mar 9th and I am seriously stressed about sending my teenaged son to South America with an expired PR card....
