Hello friends,
We have deposited the CAD 10,100 for our GIC to the scotia bank . And also CAD 66,19.50 for our one semester fees as written on our Fees Invoice from the Canadian college .
Now as we told us that we have recieved the Fees reciept from the college for CAD 6500 but not 66,619.50 . So , what went wrong ? Should we again deposit the remaining 100+ Canadia dollare to the college account again ?
So , should we file our case with 2 reciepts ?
And plz also tell us that will CAD 10,100 will be enough for the GIC ?

For GIC $100 is administrative fees. So you will get net $10000 + interest. So GIC is fine

For fees ask college ask why they didn't issue for full amount. or check with your bank if they did charge any amount to transfer money from India to college

I think your bank charged some amout for money transfer. They used to charge around $100 plus dollars based on amount. Just ask your bank for payment recepit so that you can verify it.

If it is tthe matter , can we deposit the another 100 dollar to the college account ? and what if we deposit the few dollars more than the exact fees ? what can we do then ?

As i told, deposit another $100 and ask them to provide single payment recepit. I think they will refund if you deposit extra money.

The same happnd with me .. i ws short of 60 cad... I enquired n came to knw.tht ech bank involvd ij the transaction deducted fee .same seems. to be ur case

So , what are you going to do know ? I think you should also deposit few more dollars again and I hope for GIC case that should not happen i.e. they might not deduct few dollars from that as well CAD 10,100 because we are getting late for the may batch now.
