In sending documents to VO, London, do I need to update dates on previously filled immigration forms (which were also been sent to CIO) along with original signatures? Like in addresses column to show period of time where we have lived & currently living & in dates side by to signature.

Plz reply me fast as I'm willing to send documents today!!

Yes. You should give updated information as on today with current date.
