In EE Profile under work Details section First question ask about what is your primary occupation on which application is based and what date you become eligible for that(for regulated field is the date you obtain licence and for other minimum requirement mentioned in NOC description )

NOC 2174 I think it is
Employment requirements
A bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
Specialization in programming for engineering and scientific applications requires specific post-secondary study or experience.

In My case I have three experience all NOC 2174.

1 June/2010-June/2011 Part time 20hr/wk Foreign <- My question is I Obtain Bachelor Degree in Computer in June 2011 prior to that I have no qualification so does that mean I can't claim this work experience because it is prior to NOC 2174 employment requirement.?? Also I have answered first question of when xxx become eligible in NOC 2174 as June 2011 so does that mean claiming any points for work experience prior to June 2011 will result into misrepresentation. ??

2 June/2011-Dec/2011 Full Time 40hr/Wk Foreign

3 June/2014-Oct/2016 Full time Canadian <- Because of this I qualified as CEC

If you claimed foreign experience in that NOC and you didn't have a foreign diploma or degree then you may not be able to claim it.

You're fine as this was foreign work experience.

I would change the date to June 2010 though.

Agreed. Those requirements generally do not apply while claiming points for FWE.

You can enter this information in the work history section.

Also, you can change the answer to "June 2010" for the question "When did XX become eligible....." .

but again I already got ITA and my EE profile is locked so I can't change the answer in there and If I change in e-APR does it require LOE ??

if yes Can I just say in LOE that Initially I put the date of when I got my Bachelor degree, but I already had enough knowledge and technical skill by this date to work in NOC 2174 so I updated my answer in e-APR?

Yes, I would add an explanation.
