Urgent pls...Can I change university to apply Study Permit after obtained CAQ?

Hello friends, I recently applied for CAQ using acceptance letter from Concordia, but I wonder if it's OK to apply for Study Permit by using McGill's offer? Do I need to change anything or just let it be that way, will I be rejected because of that? I'd really appreciate your answer

I am not sure what a CAQ is but make sure any and all information you send to CIC is consistent.

You can get a study permit with Concordia and then change the institution you are going to once you get the study permit but dont send conflicting information to CIC, it does not look good on your part.
