Hello,
I got my Msc degree evaluated and have received the report. I then asked WES to evaluate the Bsc degree. My account shows "file under review". I called wes to make sure they have received my Bsc documents but I was asked to wait till they contact me. What does file under review mean?.. can I apply without evaluating my Bsc as I am claiming points for the Msc degree only?

absolutely u can apply with you masteres degree report. you have masteres degree means u must have had bachelors degree also. for having canadian masters degree equivalency you will get 23 points. no need to get your bachelor degree evaluated. masters degree evaluation alone is sufficient to get 23 points

Check your WES report and see what is written in prerequisite field of Masters degree.

If it's bachelor then do party and no panic. Cheers!
