Urgent - please read - police clearance

Hi friends,
I had a doubt regarding my police clearance and need help. I was in Dubai until last year . I flew out on March 27th 2018 to india and requested for my police clearance on the 29th March . I had received my police clearance but my question is currently we have uploaded our profile in the pool and sooner or later we would receive our ITA, my question is whether my old PC will be used or will they ask for a new one as im still in India and i have not travelled back to Dubai till now. Please reply

PCC is required for the whole time (6 months or more) that you have spent in a country.
After 27/03/2018, you have not been to Dubai, and would IRCC need police clearance when you were not even present there?
The answer is, NO.

BUT

The report needs to be less than 6 months old in most cases, and to bear the application number.
Please check this info with IRCC for foreign PCC as these can consume a lot of time and seldom complete before 60 days.
